You must state:
Damage
Accuracy
Weight
-Shikai and Bankai will be later on in game.
-no sword may surpass Ryuumaru
-you may improve it as you are promoted
-rp is required(except for beta test captain)
You must be at least of an officer level of Shinigami to create a zanpakuto.
